The short answer
There is no trusted CVV shop on Telegram. A CVV shop sells card verification values and cardholder data copied from payment cards. Selling that data is a federal crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C. Section 1029. Telegram's terms of service prohibit illegal activity, and the company removes channels that break those terms. Buyers who send money to these channels lose it in most cases.

What the channels are
Every Telegram channel that advertises CVV sales fits one of four patterns.
where to find telegram cvv shop
- Exit scam. The operator collects payment in crypto and blocks the buyer. No card data is sent.
- Invalid data. The buyer receives card numbers that were canceled, frozen, or already used. Carding forums call these dead cards.
- Law enforcement operation. The U.S. Department of Justice ran Operation Boiling Point to target carding markets and the infrastructure behind them. Undercover accounts are part of that work.
- Resale of a leak. The same card records get sold to dozens of buyers, so every card gets flagged after the first attempt.
Legal exposure for buyers, not just sellers
18 U.S.C. Section 1029(a)(3) covers possession of 15 or more unauthorized access devices. Trafficking in them carries a maximum of 15 years in prison. A single purchase can support a charge of intent to defraud if the buyer used the data or planned to. Financial institutions also file chargeback and fraud records that follow the account holder.
How card data reaches these channels
Card numbers come from a small number of sources. Skimmers placed on gas pumps and ATMs. Magecart scripts injected into checkout pages. Phishing pages that copy a bank login screen. Merchant database breaches. Credential stuffing against weak store accounts. None of these sources involve a legitimate seller, and none of them give the buyer a warranty.
What protects a card
Tokenization replaces the card number with a one-time code at checkout. Virtual card numbers from an issuer limit damage to a single merchant. 3-D Secure adds an issuer check at the point of sale. Transaction alerts and card locks inside a bank app stop a charge before it settles. The CVV itself is generated by the issuer and should never be stored by a merchant.
Data limits
The exact number of active carding channels on Telegram is not published. Telegram does not release channel-level takedown counts. Treat any figure you see in a sales post, including balance claims and test results, as unverified.
